Job summary

Dix Hills Animal Hospital, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, seeks a full-time Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will provide concierge-level service, guide clients, and coordinate with the medical team to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; client service experience preferred - veterinary experience a plus.
• Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional client service.
• Ability to provide compassionate, empathetic support to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the collaborative culture of Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level client service by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow for multiple doctors, and creating a welcoming experience for clients and their pets both in person and over the phone.
• Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system, triage client inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding hospital services, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
• Admit patients, maintain accurate medical and client records, and support efficient daily hospital operations.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and hospital staff to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and continuity of patient care.
• Build positive client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail while supporting the comfort and well-being of patients during their visit.
