Job summary

Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group in Park Slope, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you will deliver concierge-level service, schedule appointments, and help coordinate care with our medical team.

The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with experience in client service and strong communication skills to support a seamless patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; veterinary experience a plus.
• Experience with EzyVet or similar practice management software preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Compassionate, empathetic client support during sensitive situations.
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Genuine appreciation for pets and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level client service by scheduling appointments and managing patient flow for multiple doctors.
• Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system and triage inquiries.
• Admit patients and maintain accurate records; support daily hospital operations.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians and staff to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
• Build positive client relationships through professionalism and empathy.
