Job summary

Chino Valley Animal Hospital, part of Suveto network, is seeking an experienced full-time Client Services Representative to join our team in Chino Valley, AZ. You will manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, check clients in and out, and ensure a smooth, compassionate client experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, able to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary setting, and works well in a team.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in client services in a veterinary setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with impromed systems
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
