Qualifications

• Greet visitors and answer telephones while guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
• Process payments and explain charges to clients.
• Explain and recommend products and services including prescriptions where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate medical records, charts and correspondence.
