The CSC educates clients about preventive care, wellness plans, and hospital services, while handling front-desk duties, documentation, and scheduling with a focus on high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Promote hospital services and route client flow to maximize productivity.
• Maximize number of pets seen through an efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional service, educate clients about pet health and wellness.
• Assist with client documentation, pet history, and scheduling.
• Handle invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule future visits.
• Maintain opening/closing finances and perform administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
