Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient visit. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and scheduling of appointments.
