Banfield in West Palm Beach is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, support the veterinary medical team, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a busy hospital setting.

You will educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, schedule appointments, handle invoices, dispense prescriptions, and assist with retail sales, while maintaining professional communication and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages return visits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets for efficient care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining productive workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient service; welcome clients and educate about pet health.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation; enter pet information and history.
• Dispense prescriptions and schedule future appointments; assist with retail sales.
• Manage finances with accurate balances; follow opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
