Colmey Veterinary Hospital (CVH) in Livingston, MT, is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our busy mixed-animal practice. You will be the first and last contact for clients, handle phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and help triage emergencies with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience (6 mos - 1 year) in a veterinary clinic or hospital strongly preferred.
• Experience with IDEXX Cornerstone veterinary software is a plus.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for clients and patients.
• Answer calls, take notes, schedule appointments, and direct calls as needed.
• Return client calls after conferring with a doctor or management.
• Check patients in and out and process payments.
• Schedule appointments according to hospital availability and protocols.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with technicians for smooth operations.
• Perform phone triage to identify emergencies needing immediate care.
• Report safety concerns or equipment issues to the appropriate staff.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in company events.
• Optional kennel duties on weekdays and rotating weekend kennel schedule.
