Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join a 24/7/365 hospital team. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience required.
• Weekends and evenings required.
• Greet clients, respond to questions, process incoming/outgoing patients and manage billing in PMS.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and responds to questions; assists with scheduling and patient flow.
• Processes incoming and outgoing patients and handles billing and payments.
• Answers phone calls, triages patient needs including emergent cases, and schedules appointments.
• Maintains client information and service data in practice management software; escalates complex matters.
