Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary client service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients and guide them to exam rooms.
• Answer phone calls and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Explain services and process payments; assist with product recommendations.
• Maintain medical records, charts and hospital cleanliness.
