Ethos Veterinary Health in Overland Park, KS seeks a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our 24-hour hospital team. You will welcome clients, prepare medical records, educate clients about MVES/OVES services, process appointments and payments, and maintain pet records in compliance with hospital requirements.

The role requires outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Comfort with processing invoices and payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding MVES/OVES services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for example
• Support team to reach common goals
• Ability to recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply

Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative:

• Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding MVES/OVES services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

• A motivated and dedicated individual who is self- motivated to provide exceptional service

Schedule and compensation:

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - 8pm-8am

• Pay is dependent on experience
• Shift differentials available for weekends and overnights
  $3.00/hr on hours between 10pm and 8am
  $1.50/hr from midnight Saturday morning to midnight Sunday night
