This role emphasizes promoting Optimum Wellness Plans, handling documentation, appointments, invoices, prescriptions, and retail sales while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional service to clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Provide exceptional service and a welcoming experience for clients and pets.
