Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Texas is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, promote hospital services, and support the veterinary team to deliver exceptional care.

You will welcome clients, educate them on wellness plans, and handle documentation, scheduling, and invoices. This role demands strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for radiography duties.
• Medical background (veterinary, healthcare, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cycle of Service and recruit new clients.
• Route client and pet flow to maximize care and productivity.
• Encourage hospital visits and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, and IDs.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions, retail sales, and scheduling of future appointments.
• Maintain opening and closing procedures and finances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Administrative tasks as needed.
