Arista in Raleigh is seeking a Client Experience Concierge to greet clients, coordinate visits, and support pets, owners, and veterinary staff. You’ll be the friendly face guiding guests through appointments, drop-offs, and pickups.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• Comfort in hospital clinical environment; veterinary experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy times
• Clear and friendly verbal and written communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Focus on the guest experience for each client during visits in lobby, exam room, or hospital area
• Work closely with Care Navigation Team to ensure a streamlined, well-organized experience
• Facilitate hospital teams’ ability to work efficiently by managing information flow
• Be the friendly and professional face of the Arista hospital
• Maintain a clean and comfortable lobby and exam room environment
