Job summary

Arista in Raleigh is seeking a Client Experience Concierge to greet clients, coordinate visits, and support pets, owners, and veterinary staff. You’ll be the friendly face guiding guests through appointments, drop-offs, and pickups.

This role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication, and calm teamwork in a busy clinical environment. If you bring customer service excellence and the ability to multitask, you’ll thrive on our collaborative Arista team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• Comfort in hospital clinical environment; veterinary experience preferred

The Client Experience Concierge is the friendly point of contact for clients in the hospital during appointments, drop-off, pick-up, and visitation times.

A Day in the Life

• Focus on the guest experience for each client during any time that they are present in the hospital lobby, exam room area, or visiting their hospitalized pet
• Work closely with the Care Navigation Team to ensure a streamlined, well-organized, and comfortable experience for each client and their pet
• Facilitate hospital teams’ ability to work as efficiently as possible with minimal interruption by managing the flow of basic communication, including updates and information flow through the appropriate channels

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Comfort in hospital clinical environment required; Experience in veterinary general practice and specialty/emergency veterinary medicine preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Commitment to exceptional customer service, high-quality care, and overall excellence
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy times
• Ability to kindly and compassionately communicate with clients during times of stress
• Ability to calmly and professionally defuse tension and recognize when to seek appropriate support as needed
• Clear and friendly verbal and written communication skills (in-person, telephone, texting, etc)
• Ability to work in-person nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
• Frequent standing, bending, walking, lifting (up to 20lbs), carrying, and reaching
• Ability to work effectively in environments with noise, animal odors, and other sensory stimuli
• Ability to meet any position-specific screening requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of hire
