Banfield Pet Hospital in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient visit.

You will educate clients about wellness plans, handle intake and checkout, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while delivering outstanding service. Some weekend/evening hours may be required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray) and exposure to radioactive substances.
• One year related experience preferred; medical background helpful.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming and efficient visit.
• Process intake forms and update patient records.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing invoices.
• Support the veterinary team to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
