Best Friends Animal Hospital and Urgent Care Center is hiring an Experienced Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a primary point of contact for clients and patients, you will create a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience from the first phone call through checkout.

You will manage client communications, schedule appointments, and help maintain daily front desk operations. The role requires at least three years of client service experience and a genuine passion for pet

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of client service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion.
• Serve as a first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone.
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions and requests.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications.
• Admit and discharge patients efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information and payment records.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist with client education and provide support during veterinary visits.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, including in stressful situations.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and hospital team members to ensure smooth operations.
