Lakefield Veterinary Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Gallatin Veterinary Hospital in Bozeman, Montana. The CSR will welcome clients and pets, schedule visits, manage client communications, handle payments, and support a fast-paced veterinary team.

A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 1+ years in retail or customer service preferred, and experience in a medical facility desired.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and pets to the hospital and educate clients about preventive care and pet health needs.
• Document and enter the pet’s history and services in the practice management software.
• Schedule client visits and ensure smooth flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
• Process payments and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
