Gallatin Veterinary Hospital in Bozeman, MT is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join a 5-doctor small animal practice in the Gallatin Valley. We offer a flexible 4-day workweek with Saturdays once or more per month, a supportive team, and a focus on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Montana LVT license required.
• VTNE completed.
• Associate's degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program.
• 3–5 years veterinary experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Leadership abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and client education.
• Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures.
• Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory testing, and radiographs.
• Perform dental prophylaxis.
• Prepare and monitor patients for anesthesia and surgery.
• Administer medications and vaccines under veterinary direction.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Support hospital protocols, workflow, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to provide compassionate, efficient care.
