Qualifications

• Availability for weekends and evenings required.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients, responds to questions and provides expeditious client service.
• Processes incoming and outgoing patients, and handles billing and payments.
• Answers phone calls, triages patient needs including emergent cases, and schedules appointments.
• Handles mail and e-mail communications.
• Monitors client waiting area for cleanliness and maintains records in the practice management system.
• Escalates complex matters to senior staff.
