Qualifications

• Veterinary client service experience.
• Fear Free certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Answer multi-line phone system.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound calls for follow-ups with clients.
• Triage phone calls and communicate via fax and email.
• Explain fees and process payments clearly.
• Recommend and obtain products and services including prescriptions.
• Educate clients on general animal care.
• Ensure patients and owners are comfortable during visits.
• Maintain clean and presentable lobby and hospital entrance.
• Work independently and in teams.
• Handle stressful situations calmly.
