Job description

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA West Coast Specialty and Emergency Animal Hospital. We need a personable, highly professional "service extraordinaire" to deliver this mission to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients, answering phones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Routing phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Hospital maintenance – removing animal waste and ensuring the facility is neat and clean inside and outside.

Compensation

$20.00 – $24.50 per hour, dependent on education, experience, credentials, location, nature of practice, schedule, and additional responsibilities.
