VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. The CSR will be the first contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience while supporting our veterinary team with appointments and administrative tasks. Schedule: Full-time, including some weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $21/hr. Starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments.
• Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations.
