Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks. Schedule: Full-time, including some weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and be exposed to hazards such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches and animal waste.
