Coventry Animal Hospital is hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our busy, 7-doctor veterinary team. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and ensure every interaction reflects our compassionate care for pets.

We value excellent communication, a love for animals, and strong organization. Experience with veterinary software is preferred, and a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has excellent phone and in-person communication skills and a passion for animal care.
• A genuine love for animals and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients warmly.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain appointment schedules and medical records.
• Handle financial transactions and assist with hospital operations.
• Educate clients on preventative care and available services to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide a compassionate, empathetic presence for clients and their pets.
