Qualifications

• 2+ years of veterinary clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of veterinary terminology, diagnostics, medications, and treatment plans.
• Ability to educate clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working with electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced specialty and emergency hospital.
• Self-motivated and confident leading communication between departments.
• Calm, compassionate, and professional under pressure.
• Organized with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Client Advocacy & Communication: Serve as the primary communication liaison between clients and the medical team; Complete patient follow-up calls and document client interactions within the medical record; Communicate diagnostic results, treatment recommendations, and ongoing care instructions as directed by veterinarians; Provide compassionate support while helping clients understand complex medical information; Recognize concerns that require immediate escalation to the medical team; Educate clients regarding medications, common side effects, home monitoring, and discharge instructions; Assist with client concerns while maintaining exceptional service standards.
