You will handle client invoices, payments, and balance reconciliations while collaborating with veterinarians and leadership to ensure accurate, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in veterinary technology, accounts receivable, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of EZYVet billing system.
• Strong computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Process and oversee open/pending client invoices and manage the checkout process.
• Perform daily financial reviews; reconcile treatment estimates and current balances.
• Review and update in-patient charge entries; manage census and reconcile with treatment orders.
• Conduct invoice audits prior to hospital discharges.
• Deliver and review treatment plan estimates with clients; obtain permissions and deposits.
• Serve as the financial point of contact for clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and leadership.
• Close and reconcile daily financials; prepare deposits for the Financial Supervisor.
• Perform financial audits, manage payment plans, and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Assist clients with third-party billing or financing options.
