Qualifications

• Flexible with scheduling, including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses owner concerns.
• Assists with medication pickups and service inquiries.
• Inputs data in practice management software and handles billing tasks.
