Qualifications

• Strong numerical and invoicing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between client services, doctors, and staff to ensure correct invoicing for assigned patients.
• Review and correct invoicing daily to ensure accurate charges and up-to-date estimates.
• Collaborate to document and provide training on recurring invoicing opportunities.
• Participate in systems committees and lead related meetings as a Super User.
• Suggest protocol enhancements regarding patient intake, estimates, invoicing, and charging for continuous improvement.
• Escalate concerns to hospital leadership in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback to hospital leadership on charging opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
