Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary billing or medical billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and compassion.
• Review, explain, and process invoices accurately.
• Receive and process payments, credits, refunds, and adjustments.
• Prepare estimates for veterinary services and explain them to clients.
• Review medications and discharge instructions with clients.
• Handle billing-related documentation and forms.
