My Two Dads Custom Creations in Arlington, TX is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You’ll manage phones, schedule appointments, check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records to keep the clinic organized and efficient.

• Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling pets and speaking with owners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
