Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited high school or equivalent diploma with two years of customer service or related experience.
• Must be a veteran who served in active military, naval, air, or space service and discharged under conditions other than dishonorable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to secure Florida license at employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Veterans Services Officers and assist veterans, dependents, and survivors with benefits and documentation.
• Schedule appointments, maintain filing systems, and draft correspondence and reports.
• Enter and manage data in VetPro and related systems; coordinate with VA and other agencies.
• Attend training and emergency-response duties as required.
