Job summary

Brunswick County is seeking a customer-service oriented and detail-focused individual to serve as a Veterans Service Technician within the Veterans Services Office. This role provides technical and administrative support to help veterans, dependents, and survivors access benefits.

You will work with the Veterans Services Office Supervisor and Veterans Service Officers to support daily operations, manage records, schedule appointments, and assist with forms and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in office administration, public relations, or a related field.
• One to two years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably with public interaction.
• Demonstrates strong data entry and records management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterans and survivors with gathering information, forms, and documentation
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communications
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
