Job summary

American GI Forum - National Veterans Outreach Program is seeking a Case Manager for the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP) to outreach eligible veterans, provide benefits information and job placement support, and coordinate with community resources.

The role emphasizes detailed case documentation, coordination with team members, and respectful, professional client care while meeting monthly placement and service targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and at least 3 years’ experience in social services or related field preferred.
• Experience with case management, client documentation, and reporting.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to eligible homeless veterans for services.
• Provide benefits information, referrals, and job training/placement support.
• Maintain detailed case notes and timely required reports.
• Coordinate with other program staff to avoid duplicate services.
