Job summary

Axess Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP). The role supervises Employment Specialists, organizes training, and ensures program operations align with trauma-informed care principles.

The successful candidate will lead recruitment, coaching, and evaluations while coordinating with the Divisional Director to meet reporting requirements and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Experience working with unhoused individuals, veterans, low income, and mental health populations.
• Ability to model trauma-informed communication and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize Employment Specialist (ES) training and supervision.
• Lead as a Trauma-Informed Care leader to support program participants.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring of ESs; complete performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with program and agency reporting; maintain adherence to COA and regulations.
• Provide leadership to promote team cohesiveness and achieve program goals.
