Job summary

Insight Housing is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management and housing stabilization services for homeless Veteran families in the Bay Area. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, you will coordinate intake, assessments, and linkages to VA and other supportive services.

Responsibilities include outreach, client file maintenance, budget and service plan development, and collaboration with housing staff to secure housing placements and ensure ongoing stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in social services or related field a plus.
• 1 year experience providing direct support to individuals experiencing homelessness or related social issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SSVF client intake and eligibility determinations; maintain client files.
• Provide outreach to homeless Veterans and manage a caseload.
• Deliver housing stabilization services and coordinate with landlords.
