Acting as a certifying official for VA Educational Benefits through VA Once.
Requests, proofs, and distributes transcripts and enrollment verifications; verifies enrollment and residency to meet requirements.
Monitors documents for enrollment certification with regional/state offices.
Advises veteran students and helps resolve pay and certification problems.
Assists in outreach events and workshops related to VA resources and benefits.
