Job summary

Responsibilities

• Certify VA education benefit payment eligibility and review enrollment status.
• Advise students on VA-related benefits and process benefit certifications using Enrollment Manager.
• Maintain documentation for auditing purposes with high accuracy.
• Meet deadlines for submitting required VA reports and collaborate with Registrar’s management on policy interpretation.
• Attend VA benefit training meetings as budget allows and maintain compliance with certification procedures.
