Texas A&M University-San Antonio is seeking a staff member to provide exceptional service to students, faculty, and staff regarding Veterans Affairs Educational Benefits. The role includes acting as a certifying official and handling transcripts, enrollment verifications, and residency proofs to meet requirements.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Minimum two years of related experience in managing records, student programs, and/or information technology.
Knowledge of VA benefits and higher education processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate all services relating to VA educational benefits including recruitment, registration, certification, and retention.
Act as certifying official for VA Educational Benefits through VA Once.
Process transcripts, enrollment verification, and residency proofs to meet federal/state requirements.
Assist with outreach events and workshops on VA resources, student programming, and guidelines.
