Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and code information sheets and certify coursework for payment.
• Notify students of problems promptly to meet deadlines.
• Audit VA student files and corrections for accuracy.
• Calculate prior credits for transfer coursework to reflect progress.
• Maintain VA student electronic files and assist with filings.
• Advise veterans on applications for VA education benefits.
• Assist with eligibility for Hazlewood and Chapter 31 benefits.
• Assist customers by phone and in person in a courteous manner.
• Establish and maintain compliance with school certifying official requirements.
