• Proposes, evaluates, and coordinates program implementation.
• Researches new program ideas and may develop grants.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates activities in assigned programs.
• Ensures needs are met through resource planning and tracking of talent, supplies, and facilities.
• Coordinates marketing and communications for the program.
• Evaluates activities and suggests changes to enhance program effectiveness.
• Maintains tracking and reporting systems for program progress and results.
• Provides data and status reports for sponsors and university personnel.
• Creates reports reflecting program progress and supports internal controls.
• Interacts with university departments, groups, agencies, and partners to coordinate resources and market programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
