Responsibilities

• Serve as the first administrative point-of-contact for Veterans, family, and visitors.
• Provide clerical support to clinical staff and Veterans.
• Schedule appointments across PC ICC and SC ICC.
• Manage Secure Messages, Message Manager, and calls to route to appropriate staff.
• Maintain and update patient demographic information in CPRS.
