Qualifications

• Experience administering GI Bill education benefits.
• Familiarity with VA certification systems or Enrollment Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The SCO manages GI Bill education benefits from admission to graduation, ensuring accurate and compliant administration.
• Serves as a primary institutional knowledge resource for federal/state regulations related to veterans education benefits.
• Represents NC State in communications with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs regarding GI Bill matters.
• Assist with New Student Orientation and University Commencement.
• Other duties as assigned.
