Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high-volume records.
• Ability to establish priorities and meet strict processing, certification, and reporting deadlines.
• Attention to detail in a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to interpret and apply formal policies, regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VA education benefit certification, including various VA programs.
• Supervise the certification process for student enrollments through the VA Enrollment Manager system.
• Ensure certifications, adjustments, amendments, and terminations are processed accurately and on time.
• Review activity for accuracy and coordinate corrections when errors are identified.
• Resolve complex cases involving enrollment changes, tuition reporting, and mitigating circumstances.
• Monitor workloads and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records and documentation for VA education benefit certifications.
• Oversee Nevada National Guard Fee Waiver process and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain procedures and documentation for compliance reviews and audits.
