Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating connections/scheduling, collecting and tracking travel data, and generating reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact to Veterans for transportation needs with the Veteran Transportation Service.
• Assist with workload forecasting, scheduling design, procedure development, and quality improvement.
• Modify processes and evaluate the VTS program to ensure smooth operations.
