• Coordinates workload forecasting, scheduling design, and quality improvement for the Veteran Transportation Service (VTS).
• Performs data collection, compilation, and reporting to support VTS operations.
• Enter pertinent information into automated tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Plans and administers how work will be accomplished for the VTS program.
