Qualifications

• Specialized experience: collecting, compiling, and tracking data daily.
• Ability to perform basic data analysis and generate reports.
• Entering data into automated tracking databases.
• Planning and directing programs that provide support services.
• Determining eligibility for the travel program and processing requests.
• Determining payment method for submitted ambulance claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage consult management, appointment scheduling, and admission scheduling.
• Collect, compile, and track data and statistics for VTS.
• Perform basic data analysis and generate reports.
• Evaluate documents for omissions and inconsistencies and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
• Enter information into automated tracking system.
• Maintain program data on milestones, trends, and performance measures.
• Plan and organize workflow to deliver timely veterans consultation services.
• Direct how work will be accomplished for the VTS program.
• Manage the Beneficiary Travel Program and determine eligibility.
