Veterans Guardian is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our onsite Pinehurst, NC team. You will be the first point of contact for veterans, manage a steady flow of calls, maintain veteran records in Salesforce, and coordinate appointments across the team.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a quick grasp of our VA claims consulting services. Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to quickly learn company structure, policies, and VA claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle and route a high volume of inbound calls
• Update veteran interactions and progress in the Salesforce CRM with detailed notes
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for multiple team members
• Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills while supporting various teams
• Ensure documentation for each veteran client is complete and accurately maintained
• Keep internal directories and contact records current
• Serve as the central communication point for internal departments and external partners
