Job summary

Veterans Guardian VA Claim Consulting in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Veteran Benefits Consultant to guide veterans through the VA disability benefits journey. You’ll conduct one-on-one consultations by phone and in person, translate military and medical history into benefits options, and help with required documentation and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and build trust.
• Interest in helping veterans navigate benefits is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with veterans by phone and in-person.
• Learn each veteran's military and medical history for benefits options.
• Review service records and VA documentation with accuracy.
• Educate veterans on Veterans Guardian processes and benefits.
• Build lasting relationships through honest, compassionate conversations.
• Assist with onboarding and required documentation in Salesforce.

What You'll Do

As a Veteran Benefits Consultant,you'llwork directly with veterans from across thecountryby phone, helping them navigate the first step of their disability benefits journey.This role combines consultative sales, relationship building, and client advocacy to help veterans pursue the disability benefitsthey'veearned.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting one-on-one consultations with veterans

• Learning each veteran's unique military and medical history

• Reviewing military service records and VA documentation

• Educating veterans on the Veterans Guardian process

• Building lasting relationships through honest, compassionate conversations

• Guiding veterans through onboarding and required documentation

• Maintainingaccurateclient records in Salesforce

• Working closely with teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience

• Consistently achieving individual performance and quality goals
