Job summary

Veterans Guardian is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for veterans seeking assistance. You will manage high call volume, maintain veteran records, and coordinate appointments with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn the VA claims process and our consulting services. Onsite work in Pinehurst, NC supports collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Confident and professional phone communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and ability to navigate MS Office.
• Ability to type accurately at an average or above rate.
• Preference for Veterans or Spouses of Veterans.
• Ability to learn company structure, policy and departmental functions.
• Willingness to gain knowledge of the VA Claims process and our services.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle and route a high volume of inbound calls.
• Update veteran interactions in Salesforce with detailed notes.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for multiple team members.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for each veteran client.
• Keep internal directories and contact records current.
• Serve as the central communication point for internal and external partners.
